Medallion Home Health

Home health is short-term skilled nursing care or therapy that is ordered by your doctor. It’s for people recovering from an illness, injury or surgery who are unable to leave their home to receive nursing care or therapy, or who find it too taxing an effort to leave home.

Sometimes called – Medicare-certified home health care, intermittent skilled care, home care, or visiting nurse services

Private duty nursing is long-term, hourly nursing care ordered by your doctor. It’s designed for adults living with a chronic illness, injury, or disability.

Sometimes called – Home-based skilled nursing, long-term nursing care, nursing care, shift nursing, hourly nursing, or adult nursing

  • Ventilator care
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Care for conditions such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, ALS, MS
  • Monitoring vital signs

Personal Care provides help with everyday activities and enables people to continue living safely at home. We assist with things such as bathing, housekeeping, cooking, shopping and errands.
